Low Voltage Distribution Board (DB) and Motor Control Centre (MCC) design

These hot spots are often invisible to the naked eye and can create a major possibility of a fire or explosion. Power factor correction design
Power factor measures how efficiently electrical power is converted into useful work-output. “One” is the ideal power factor, indicating unity. and anything less than this indicates extra power being required to complete the relevant task. A lower power factor indicates additional strain on electricity supply and electricity costs. Power factor can be brought as close as possible to unity through power factor correction (PFC).
