As the fight against the global COVID-19 pandemic continues, Cyntech endeavours to continue providing our clients with the most service possible.

The national lockdown was stated to span a 21-day period, however, on the 9th of April, President Cyril Ramaphosa stated that the lockdown will be extended by 2 weeks, until the end of April. This makes the times to come even more uncertain than they have already proven to be.

One thing is still certain: Cyntech is doing its utmost to maintain our performance standards wherever possible.

While the lockdown undoubtedly affects every industry sector, we also recognise that we are in a position to decide how big we allow the impact to be.

This is how we are limiting the effect of the lockdown:

  • Thanks to digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business and Zoom, we are continuing with meetings through video conferencing. Our staff are also still available through email or on their normal cell numbers.

  • All staff remain connected internally via Microsoft Teams, an already established online platform that ensures our efficiency.

  • We remain fully capable and available to carry out ECSA stages 1 to 4 (Concept, Feasibility, Design and Procurement /Tender) services on projects.

  • We are shifting our focus to future projects, readying ourselves and your projects for when construction can commence.

The lockdown has changed the way many businesses operate, with greater changes that may be on the way. By shifting our focus, remaining productive and increasing efficiency wherever applicable, Cyntech is limiting the effect of the lockdown to ensure the standard of service you have come to expect.
