For those of you who have been trusting Cyntech as your engineering solution for a while, you might be very familiar with Ashley and Willem who go to great lengths to make sure Cyntech runs as efficiently as it does. But without the excellence and hard work of our entire team, we would not be able to do half of what we do.

At Cyntech, we strive to supply our clients with only the best in holistic engineering solutions. And we take that same holistic approach in the way we work as a team. Each one of our staff members are well qualified and skilled, making sure that they are ready to take on the strategic challenges that our clients bring to us.

However, our team are much more than work-horses who have a task to fulfil. Each of us have a passion for what we do and our clients can be sure that we listen to their needs and that each member of our team goes the extra mile to make sure that these needs are met.

There’s an old African proverb that goes “If you want to go fast, go alone; If you want to go far, go together.” We don’t want to treat our clients as a task to rush, but rather as a relationship to honour. And at Cyntech, before anything else, we are a team. Our individual strengths only serve to equip us for long-term growth and long-term client satisfaction.

Let us give you a quick overview of our team makeup:

Ashley Verhulp, the chairman of the director board, ensures that the business runs smoothly and continues to grow thanks to the skillsets that are provided by his MBA foundation.

Willem de Villiers is one of Cyntech’s directors and serves as the chief technical expert due to his encyclopaedic store of knowledge and wisdom.

Theresa le Grange is another of our directors, with extensive experience in administration and financial management.

Sikho Ndzeku is our Electrical Technologist and Project Manager with a multitude of specialised skills.

Ezra Allen is our Senior Electrical Draughtsman with more than 20 years’ experience in draughting electrical services.

Joshua Kensley is another one of our Technicians, who has provided valuable practical experience since starting out as an electrical apprentice in 2015.

We have three Candidate Electrical Engineers: Tashriq Pandy, who started his career with us in 2019 after completing his MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at Stellenbosch University, and Albert de Klerk and Farryn Stuck, who both joined us recently after completing their BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, also at Stellenbosch University.

Through our wealth of knowledge and experiences and diverse viewpoints, the strength of Cyntech’s team positions us as the ideal solution to any engineering challenge. We hope to be introducing each member of our capable young team systematically over the next while, so that you can get to know the real people behind the dedicated work that happens at Cyntech.
