There’s nothing quite like starting your day with a cup of coffee and getting the gears moving for what comes next. When Sikho Ndzeku enters the office at 9AM, it’s that cup of morning elixir that accompanies him as he maps out the day ahead with the Cyntech team.

Being on the same page is the crux of Cyntech: constant communication between team members enables us to perform to our best abilities. The collaborative nature of all our projects ensures that all team members can engage with clients and contractors on project specifications. Giving each team member the opportunity to engage actively with every aspect of the project builds the confidence that is needed to go beyond the existing parameters of engineering and find new, more efficient approaches and expanding the services of Cyntech into new fields.

During his time at Cyntech, Sikho has learned the importance of asking “Why?” and carefully considering all the factors before taking action. This allows him to take full responsibility for his ideas and actions. Working in the automation industry, we know that when each individual part functions as it should, the whole system becomes more effective and reliable. The same can be said for the Cyntech team. Each member performs to their best ability in their capacity and ensures that the entire team works better as a result.

Cyntech is not focused simply on utilising what already exists, but also to create new opportunities and niches in the market to grow to new heights. To achieve this, Sikho believes in constantly expanding his knowledge and believes that it is vital for team members to physically visit project sites as often as possible to be reminded of the practical field they work in.
