Cyntech’s journey towards the transformation of our company to benefit all South Africans started at our inception. This journey and our focus on empowerment and development of a diverse organisation have led to the attainment of Level 1 Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) accreditation. We are determined to continue to make a positive impact through our continued commitment to our people and our unwavering support of all the businesses in our community. 

We are proud to be recognised as an empowerment supplier within the engineering industry and urge other businesses to do the same. The Cyntech management team reflects the demographics of our beautiful and diverse country which ensures that we have a clear representation of all races at all levels within our organisation.
